Hunting and Fishing opportunities abound throughout the area with deer roaming the park and adjacent lands. The Wapiti Roar early in April brings hunters from all over the globe. The lakes and rivers of the region have natural supplies of Rainbow and Brown trout and some areas are set aside for Fly Fishing only.
